Our recruitment process is structured around four stages :
Maghreb Steel guarantees the fairness of the treatment of applications in the recruitment process.
We take particular interest in the applications of young graduates, in order to contribute to their integration into the professional world and to support them in building their career and in their learning of the professional world.

Selection on CV and cover letter depending on the position to be filled,

An interview with an HR manager to assess the candidate’s skills, motivation and potential,
3.
One or more operational interviews to assess the candidate’s technical skills and their suitability for the position offered,
4.
Communication of the final decision by telephone or mail. Unsuccessful applications are kept in our database for a period of 2 years, in accordance with current legislation.
Integration
We have built an integration plan specific to each position category in order to support our new employees in their first steps within our company.
Each plan provides, in addition to a welcome booklet, personalized monitoring of these employees during their first six months at Maghreb Steel in order to facilitate their assimilation of our professions, our values and our culture..
Skill developpement
At Maghreb Steel, we are committed to developing the skills of our employees through training, seminars, team-building, etc. organized on a regular basis. Our employees benefit from an average of 4 to 4.5 days of training per year.
We also promote internal mobility by paying particular attention to ensuring that everyone can progress within the company in line with the skills and experience they have acquired.
