Pre-painted steel

The pre-painted steels manufactured and marketed by Maghreb Steel are subject to a meticulous production process: hot coating with a layer of zinc, surface preparation, deposition of liquid organic materials then passing through an oven for baking.

Each organic coating is adapted to a particular environment and gives an aesthetic appearance to the sheet, while providing additional protection against corrosion. The choice of paint system depends on the conditions in which the product is to be used and the resulting technical properties required. Maghreb Steel’s pre-painted products for exterior applications are available in a rich variety of colors and surface appearances, each with its own specific properties and applications.
