Based on the observation that there can be no performance without security, the latter has been placed at the heart of Maghreb Steel’s managerial approach. Preserving the health and safety of individuals requires a structured approach which has been formalized at Maghreb Steel by the establishment of a Health and Safety Management System (HSMS). This system constitutes a strategic guide on how the company continuously identifies and controls risks associated with health and safety. Beyond just risk management, it also covers key issues such as leadership, mobilization and employee skills. Its implementation reduces the risk of injuries and occupational illnesses and contributes to improving overall performance.
